In order to sell a home in the Commonwealth of Virginia it is necessary to have a termite inspection within 30 days of the closing date of the property. We are able to conduct these inspections and typically have the appropriate documents faxed to the office of the title company or attorney within 24 hours of the inspection. This allows the parties involved in the transaction to act quickly in the case of any reported wood destroying insect activity or moisture damage. We would ask that the transacting parties give enough time prior to the closing to take care of any contingencies, such as structural repairs, which is just another facet of our service.
